SaFTie app for iPhone and iPad

SaFTiE is a sleep and teamwork monitoring app that provides users with periodic assessments of sleep or teamwork to keep track of changes over time. The app also provides the user with opportunities to set weekly goals related to sleep and teamwork. The app also provides the user with feedback on key sleep and teamwork factors. The app will provide brief video-based stories/snapshots from EMS shift workers on topics of sleep and teamwork. The data from the app are automatically grabbed by a texting platform to initiate text message alerts that promote positive behaviors related to sleep and teamwork.
